Nope. As much as we believe in our tool, we won't hold you hostage. You can cancel at any time. We'll use it as an opportunity to get better and hope to win you back.
What if I have multiple locations?
Our plans operate on a per location basis. If you have multiple locations, you may be eligible for a discounted rate.
Is there a limit to how many messages I can send?
With Floot, you can send up to 5,000 text messages per month. That includes NPS surveys, custom surveys/questionnaires, review invitations, coupons, picture messages and standard texts.
